A nerdy wishing well for the fediverse.
@StarHill is a Mastodon bot created by Lif and Viv.
This bot records videos of Mario interacting with the dozen or so fallen wish-stars in the Star Hill level of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for the Super NES, but instead of the wishes from in-game characters, the bot replaces the text with wishes DM’d to it.
The wishes are moderated, and I as the approver am able to know who’s making which wish, but it’s otherwise anonymous.
Content Warnings in DM submissions are encouraged if appropriate; the bot will carry it over to the wish.
