How much does it cost to host a creative bot?

Prompted by the revelation of a creator of a popular meme-sharing Twitter bot, I asked the botmaking community what their costs are.
The sample size isn’t huge, but the results are what one would expect. Do take the 4.8% saying “Hundreds of $$$ a year” with a grain of salt, though.
