When I migrated Botwiki to WordPress six months ago, one sacrifice I had to make was how open the data making up the site was; going from a bunch of Markdown files to a closed off database.
Luckily, WordPress has a solution.

With Botwiki Site API you can create a custom front end for the site, or create a page that lists your favorite bot.
